Returns Policy

Refunds will be issued on items within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Items must be returned unwashed and unused. We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Your refund will be completed once the items have been returned to us.

Shipping

Bonnibuns uses Australia Post for all parcel deliveries.  We offer flat rate standard shipping of $10.00 including tracking – Australia wide.
Alternatively, you can select Express Post at check out for an additional postage charge.  We aim to have your parcel sent within 48hrs of payment clearing into our account. When your parcel has been posted you will receive email notification that your order is complete and a tracking number will be provided.

Privacy Policy

Contact information including email addresses, telephone number/s and addresses that are provided by the user are used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients.

Warranty

All Bonnibuns nappies have a 6 month repair warranty on workmanship.
